Case Study 3: Multi-city international sales events

Challenge:
One of Azure’s larger telecom technology clients presented the challenge to develop a series of sales events for their global sales staff. Elements deemed necessary within the event plan included vitality and excitement, coupled with clear communication of goals, a tightly integrated theme that could carry throughout the year, and easy of transport of event elements for deployment in several domestic and international venues.

Results:
Azure brainstormed and created an array of event themes for a series of international sales events, showing graphic options and the thought process behind each. Azure shared visuals showing how each theme would translate into all forms of event deliverables, from internal blog pages and video clips, to onsite event banners, signage, and presentation graphics. Once a final theme was chosen, Azure created and produced all of the elements used to promote and stage the kickoff event in Texas, along with a logistics plan for internal event management staff to repeat the success of the first event at subsequent venues in Portugal and Thailand.
