Pro Bono Support

For the past 6 years, Azure has been a supporter of Operation Kindness, North Texas' oldest no-kill animal shelter. Azure provides all forms of pro bono design and production support for OK's annual fund raising events such as Dog Day Afternoon, the Cats Canines & Cabernet gala, and Pet Pics with Santa. The 2008 Canines, Cats & Cabernet was yet again a successful generator of essential revenue thanks in part to event awareness efforts undertaken by the Azure staff.

Katy Bandish of Azure designed, developed and launched OK's new website this spring of 2009. It was a huge improvement and took many hours to put in the extra touches but all worth it!

For its years of committed support, Operation Kindness presented Azure with their 2008 Kindness to Animals Media Award. A very high honor for us.

Azure also recently delivered the first of a series of PSA video spots, co-produced with Igo Films owner Annie Biggs, from Los Angeles. The PSA video spots will run on TV broadcast channels thoughout North Texas, promoting animal welfare. With these concepts, Operation Kindness strives to gently remind the public to be responsible pet owners.

Alongside marketing and design support, Azure staffers pitch in different ways for a good cause. Dane Miller volunteers his efforts by donning the red suit and white beard, becoming jolly ole' St. Nicholas for Pet Pics with Santa.
